Deport Jaskirat Singh Sidhu Now
Justice for the Humboldt, Justice for Canada!
On April 6, 2018, a part of Canada died. Jaskirat Singh Sidhu ran a stop sign in his semi-truck, T-boning the Humboldt Broncos team bus in Saskatchewan. The crash killed 16 Canadians – mostly kids – and maimed 13 others.
Among the dead was 20-year-old Jaxon Joseph. His father, former NHL player and firefighter Chris Joseph, still lives with unimaginable grief: “The last time I ran my fingers through my son’s hair was in a morgue. He was cold, and he was beat up.”
Sidhu pleaded guilty to 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm. He received an 8-year sentence – the longest in Canadian history for this offence without intoxication or intent – yet served only a couple years before full parole in 2023.
Now, a coordinated campaign of legacy media journalists, Liberals, and even some weak “conservatives” like Erin O’Toole want to let Sidhu stay. They want to re-traumatize each of the 16 families every day for the rest of their lives, and tell the country loud and clear that we are not a nation of laws that carry consequences.
Every level of the system has ruled against him: courts, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), and the Federal Court of Appeal. His permanent resident status was revoked in 2024 for serious criminality, and his latest bids (including a pre-removal risk assessment) were rejected in early 2026. Deportation to India is imminent – yet Sidhu keeps fighting to stay, citing his own family.
In a powerful new exclusive interview with investigative journalist Mocha Bezirgan, Chris Joseph calls Sidhu “selfish” and says he only cares about himself – not the 29 families he shattered.
Joseph challenges those (including some politicians and columnists) pushing for mercy: “You tell me which child of yours you want to give up, and I will be the keyboard warrior hoping for forgiveness.”
This is about justice, the rule of law, public safety, and preventing unqualified drivers from endangering Canadians.
Taxpayer-funded legacy outlets like CBC continue to mislead the public, painting Sidhu as a remorseful figure and near-victim himself – focusing on his family’s pleas while downplaying the devastation he caused and the unanimous legal findings against him. This gross misrepresentation dishonours the victims and erodes trust.
Visit DeportSidhu.ca and sign now to demand immediate deportation. Canadian lives matter. The law must be upheld – no exceptions, no more delays.
Once this petition hits 50,000 names, we’ll hand-deliver it to Sidhu’s legal team so they get the message: the CBC is wrong. Canadians don’t want him to stay, we want him GONE. We will do the same to Canada’s Border Services Agency, to remind them of their duty to deport the criminal.
Thank you for standing up for Humboldt. Thank you for standing up for Canada. Add your name to the petition today, and forward this to just one other friend so they can have the chance to do the same. Many people think that this story ended when Sidhu was sent to prison, but the scar is deep, and the legacy media is hell-bent on reopening the wound however they can.
Thank you,

P.S. The moment this petition hits 50,000 signatures, I will bring the crate to his lawyers office. Get your name on here before then to send a message, loud and clear, that Canadians will not stand down and allow suicidal empathy to kill more kids.

Our proud canadian patriots from trucker convoy are still going to court and this murderous POS is happily living a life when he is a serial killer!!! And only 2 yrs in jail??!! What a mockery of the Canadian justice system. He needs to have gone a long time ago, along with the illegal trucking company he worked for
Erin otool is no conservative! Seems like a pawn forced onto the party. He’s a liberal through and through
