Our proud canadian patriots from trucker convoy are still going to court and this murderous POS is happily living a life when he is a serial killer!!! And only 2 yrs in jail??!! What a mockery of the Canadian justice system. He needs to have gone a long time ago, along with the illegal trucking company he worked for

Erin otool is no conservative! Seems like a pawn forced onto the party. He’s a liberal through and through

“Seems like a pawn forced onto the party”, oh how I wished you were correct. He is no pawn, he is what that CPC has become. He is what the CPC espouses fundamentally. If I am not mistaken, Cathay Wagantall - was the only Member of Parliament that stood with the truckers and stated publicly that the lock downs were unconstitutional, the rest were pawns/puppets of ____?____ who knows what. I agree that Erin is/was a Tool, but a systemic expression of a Party gone awry, not a pawn out on his own.

CBC is corrupt. Only working for the liberals. Do people not get the message yet? They are bought off by our tax dollars given by the liberals. WAKE UP people. Are you never going to learn?

This pos had over 70 driving violations on the day he hit and killed 16 people. This pos needs to be booted. He committed murder...maybe I should change that to execution.

70 traffic violations? I never heard that! Where did you get that info?

Edward Gullickson's avatar

Yes, I also read that a while back . Rebel news or True north I believe . The MSM will never put out anything that damming .

Thanks. I looked it up on AI and it was regulatory infractions from his log book:

51 violations of federal hours-of-service rules (e.g., falsifying logs, missing entries, exceeding driving limits without proper rest).

• 19 violations of Saskatchewan trip inspection regulations (e.g., incomplete or missing daily vehicle checks).

It’s an unspeakable state of affairs that this whole nightmare of Humboldt, and yet another Muslim entity that forever decimated the lives of Canadian families is being supported for his wish to stay in this country! It is physically and emotionally beyond sickening!

Canada has become the international safe haven for every kind and type of criminal enterprise and gang affiliate! It’s now becoming the international hangout for Muslim nightmares of the world!! Come to Carney Canada and you’ll be free to harass, shoot, murder, and kill with freedom!!

If this man gets to stay in Canada he will end up sitting in parliament as some neighborhoods elected mp. We don't need any new laws about hate/land/speech we need a regime change

... and what about the criminals who handed him the license and the keys to the truck?

Edward Gullickson's avatar

I gladly signed this petition . He should have been gone long ago, as soon as the cell door opened he should have been escorted to the plane .

What will happen to the businesses/government/officials that permitted him to drive in the first place, and sadly kill and forever affect so many wonderful people - nothing. Obviously not qualified, not sufficiently trained. Half train them in BC Lower Mainland sunshine, then send them to drive in prairie winters. No doubt the Canadian Buffoon Corporation will investigate the permit trail, and demand system improvements on behalf of the victims, families, teammates and friends. Hard to imagine their ongoing pain and frustrations.

Thank you. The deportation MUST happen. The man can raise the two little children born here, while he was in 3.5 years of custody for an 8 year sentence, in any other county. The parents of the SIXTEEN kids lost to the reckless, careless and illgal operation of a truck must not be called selfish, or self-centered because they want the rule of law to be upheld. Canada can no longer be taken seriously when laws are not upheld.

Forgiveness is the heart of the matter, as the song goes. I know would be hard to muster up and feel for the families of the deceased and maimed boys, but revenge is a bitter pill. Just a thought!

Being deported back to India is not a death sentence. As for his family they can go with him. His anchor babies will be able to come back at any time.

I don’t agree with this petition or this deportation. Accidents happen. Very very tragic accidents happen. As a friend of mine, a police officer said, sometimes it’s just one factor that can lead to tragedy. The majority of us are lucky that so far we haven’t experienced something this tragic.

So you think a two year sentence for killing 16 people and injuring 13 others is fine. It is a tragic accident but his driving record with all the charges he had in the past proves he wasn't for to drive this truck. Deportation is too good for this POS. You need to open your eyes and wake up.

First off I had no idea about the infractions so don’t be rude. I also think the company who hired him is just as responsible for this accident. However, this is not cut & dried & I am very disappointed in how people are so quick to judge as they they themselves are perfect. “There but for the grace of God go I. “
