I just pray and hope that people will stay united with APP initiative and back their platform so we can become an independent State. It will take all of us working together to accomplish the end result we so desperately need to survive the lies and corruption from Ottawa and the East of Canada.
At this point, any Albertan that does not believe independence is our only option for freedom and prosperity is either not a true Albertan or is suffering from a misplaced sense of patriotism! This is it, folks!! ALBERTA INDEPENDENCE!! Future generations are depending on us!!
I remember that the federal Liberal strategy for keeping Quebec in Confederation was through bribes and bringing in mass numbers of immigrants to settle there and provide a loyal voting base in order to quell the separatist movement. This is the same strategy with Alberta. I’m pessimistic that Alberta, given its recent Trudeau-imported demographics, would vote for independence.
Just know that immigrants will likely not back this move. True, they may not be voting block citizens…..yet. So move quickly. May we in Saskatchewan have someone prominent to move us out of confederation. I do not understand how eastern Canadians continue to vote left/left, vs left of centre, but this seems to have no end in sight and it is going to kill this nation. I so wished we would give PPC a go to get things realigned.

This gives Alberta the chance to stop being Canada's kicking boy so America can take over.
Also it can give a headstart to Québec to résist Liberals destructive policies
Quebec is a welfare state- without Alberta's transfer payments it is toast.

Alberta & Quebec are fiercely at odds within Canadian confederation. If we assist each other in secession, however, everything changes.

As many have said before, there are 3 types of Albertans…
a) The people that favor independence.
b) The people that favor statehood in the USA.
c) The people with Stockholm syndrome.
Guess that annual meeting stance softened the provincial government a bit.
