As an RPAL holder, I can't even buy a handgun in Canada, and if I store my legally purchased firearms incorrectly, or load a gun in my own home, I am subject to a Five year prison term. Any PAL holder who purchased certain firearms legally and the firearm was later deemed illegal is subject to prison. This guy buys guns illegally, uses them in an illegal manner and threatens to kill an individual only gets three years and is immune to deportation.

There needs to be severe consequences for those who break our laws; especially when there is any violence involved. How else are we going to curtail their criminal activity in our country?
