Alberta’s top court upheld the convictions of Chris Carbert and Anthony Olienick despite finding further Charter breaches in the RCMP investigation of the 2022 Coutts border blockade.
The courts are making it clear that our Charter is a meaningless document. And somehow, this is to assure us that justice is being served. If Chris and Anthony had used the race or poor upbringing defence they would have been freed long ago.
We have no rights and the government has clearly demonstrated they have turned on the people. Canada is finished. It no longer stands on high ground. It crawls in an incestuous cesspool of corruption like a 3rd world banana republic.
