As far as i know there are 4 refineries in operation in Alberta alone. Refineries is not the problem but the foreign ownership of them is as is the production of our oil wells and tar sands.All they have to pay is royalties but the sale of oil and fuel is up to them and right now they are fleecing every farmer and vehicle and truck driver with the insane prices they charge for fuel. They take profit over and above decent.
And our damn governments refuse to call them to heel.
