The mainstream media sunk to a new low after CTV News decided to protect the identity of a church arsonist from viewers.
The woman, pictured above, was recorded setting the doors of the St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Surrey, BC, ablaze.
Instead of broadly circulating the clear images of the arsonist, editors blurred out the footage of the woman.

In an effort to help identify the perpetrator, The Counter Signal is publishing the unedited image below.
The fire set by the woman was extinguished, however the church burned down five days later after a second attack.
Local RCMP are now looking for the “heavy set” white woman that CTV protected.
Police described the suspect to the state broadcaster as “white, five feet seven inches, with a heavy-set build and dark hair. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black tank top, black tights with a flower print and black flip flops.”
Authorities say that the blaze was “suspicious,” however they say that there is no evidence linking the first and second attacks.
The Orthodox church became the 46th Christian place of worship to be targeted in the ongoing terror campaign against the community.
Justin Trudeau’s Minister of Transport weighed in on Twitter, calling the 46th church “tragic.”
The entirety of the building was burned to a crisp, with only a few scorched walls remaining.
No surrounding buildings were affected by the fire.
